You receive an email well before the trial ends. If you sign up for a paid Stripe subscription, everything continues seamlessly. If not, the workspace is frozen and fully deleted after a 90-day grace period.
Maintably is hosted in German data centres operated by Bitblade Group. German data-protection law and the GDPR apply. No data is transferred to third countries.
Yes. General contractors, surveyors or interim owners can release tenants together with all data, or fully transfer them to the end customer. Audit logs are preserved.
All Maintably accounts are managed via the Bitblade Keycloak at customer.bitblade.io. One login for every Bitblade product, with 2FA, passkeys and corporate SSO.
Maintably runs as a Progressive Web App on every modern smartphone – no app-store install needed. Native iOS and Android apps are in preparation.
